Happier than pigs in mud...

I woke up this morning really not feeling well.  But help came in the form of the little neighbor girl who wanted to know if Evie could come and play.  Of course!  And then, even better, her mom asked if Lila wanted to come play too.  (Thanks again, Brooke! You were a life saver.)  I got to have a nice rest on the couch for a couple of hours and it made all the difference.

I realized it was coming up on lunch and nap time so I walked over to get the girls and found them happily playing at making "veggie soup".  (A very large container with water, mud and weeds.  Yum.)

As you can see, Lila thoroughly enjoyed herself.  I'm not sure she left any dirt in the neighbor's yard.

So home and into the tubby-bath, which is now a close second for Lila's favorite activity.  Then time to pick out the next outfit for the day.  I got Lila dressed and then was trying to help Evie dry her hair.  I looked up and saw Lila had decided to help herself to some of Evie's clothes...

Yes, those are Evie's underwear. I guess Lila thought they matched her outfit better.  I had to laugh too as I looked closer at the picture and read Lila's shirt.  It made me think of those E*Trade babies and their commercials.  This looks like she was partying hard at Grandma's!

Too funny!! I have picture of your mom at Christmas time wearing exercize bottoms (which looked a lot like underwear!) over her levis dancing around grandma's livingroom!!
