I really hate painting...

But I did it.

Color is on the wall for the girl's room.

(As if you couldn't guess.)

Now that it's done I am very happy with how it looks and can't wait to finish putting it all together.

I do a meticulous job when I paint.

Mostly because I know if I screw something up I will not go back and fix it later, so I'd better get it right the first time or I'll be living with the mistake for a long time. I'm serious, almost five years later I wake up every morning looking at a green thumb print on my ceiling where someone touched it while we were painting our room before we moved in. It bugs me to no end, but not enough to repaint the ceiling...
